From farm to table: the Saborini process

At Âmecor Saborini, every pulp bag tells a story that begins in the fields of Eastern Antioquia and ends in the glass of your customer. Here's how we do it.

1. Origin: the Antioqueño countryside

We work directly with farming families in the municipalities of Eastern Antioquia. This direct relationship ensures fair prices for farmers and the freshest possible fruit for our process.

2. Selection

Not every fruit makes the cut. We carefully select each piece for its ripeness, color, and aroma. Only fruit at its peak goes to the next stage.

3. Processing

The selected fruit is washed, peeled, and pulped in our facility in Rionegro. We use IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) technology that preserves nutrients, color, and flavor without the need for preservatives.

4. Cold chain

From the moment of freezing until it reaches your hands, the product maintains a controlled cold chain. This guarantees the same quality from day one to the last day of shelf life.

5. Your table

The result: a 100% natural pulp, ready to become a juice, smoothie, cocktail, dessert, or any preparation you can imagine. Just open, blend, and serve.
